| 目的:观察清燥养肺方治疗干燥综合征的临床疗效及对Th1/Th2免疫失衡的调节作用。方法:选取60例阴虚燥热型干燥综合征患者作为观察对象,随机分为对照组(n=30)和试验组(n=30)。对照组服用硫酸羟基氯喹治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上加用清燥养肺方治疗,疗程均为3个月。比较两组治疗前后总有效率、中医症候积分、外分泌腺功能(唾液、泪液流量)、血清炎症指标(ESR、CRP、IgG)、Th1相关细胞因子(IL-2、IFN、TNF-α)及Th2相关细胞因子(IL-4、IL-6、IL-10)血清水平。结果:试验组临床总有效率(90.00%)明显高于对照组临床总有效率(66.67%),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。治疗后,两组五心烦热、口咽干燥、舌干燥裂、双目干涩、大便干燥中医症候积分下降,唾液流量及泪液分泌量增加,血清炎症指标ESR、CRP、IgG水平下降,Th1相关细胞因子IL-2、IFN、TNF-α及Th2相关细胞因子IL-4、IL-6、IL-10血清水平下降,且治疗后上述指标试验组下降幅度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P＜0.05)。结论:清燥养肺方可以显著提高干燥综合征阴虚燥热型的临床疗效,有效改善症状,降低炎症水平,且能调节Th1/Th2免疫失衡。 |

| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qingzao Yangfei recipe on sjogren's syndrome and its regulating effect on Th1/Th2 immune imbalance.Methods:60 patients with sjogren's syndrome of yin deficiency and dryness-heat type were selected as observation objects and randomly divided into control group (n=30) and experimental group (n=30).The control group was treated with hydroxychloroquine sulfate，and the experimental group was treated with Qingzao Yangfei recipe on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment was 3 months.The total effective rate，TCM symptom score，exocrine gland function (saliva and tear flow)，serum inflammatory indexes (ESR，CRP，IgG)，Th1-related cytokines (IL-2，IFN，TNF-α) and Th2-related cytokines (IL-4，IL-6，IL-10) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of experimental group (90.00%) was significantly higher than that of control group (66.67%), and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).After treatment，the scores of symptoms of TCM in both groups decreased，saliva flow and tear secretion increased significantly，serum inflammatory indexes ESR，CRP and IgG decreased，the serum levels of Th1-related cytokines IL-2，IFN，TNF-α and Th2-related cytokines IL-4，IL-6 and IL-10 all decreased，and after treatment，the above indexes in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group，with statistical significance (all P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingzao Yangfei recipe can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of sjogren's syndrome of yin deficiency and dryness-heat type，effectively improve symptoms，reduce the level of inflammation，and regulate Th1/Th2 immune imbalance. |
