| 摘 要：网络药理学是一种融合了多向药理学、网络分析、计算生物学、系统生物学等多学科的技术，通过构建“中药-成分-靶点-疾病”网络，从整体角度分析药物与疾病的关系，这与中医药整体观念相一致。近年来，受多种因素的影响，早发性卵巢功能不全的患病率不断增加，而随着现代女性生育年龄的后移和生育政策的调整，治愈该疾病的社会需求和个人需求也不断增大。中医药历史悠久，治疗早发性卵巢功能不全具有显著疗效且副作用较小，近年来，运用网络药理学研究中药治疗早发性卵巢功能不全的作用机制成为热点，本研究将从单味中药、药对及复方三方面对其进行综述。网络药理学为中医药发展提供了新的思路与方法，同时仍有一些问题和不足。 |

| Abstract: Network pharmacology is a multidisciplinary technology that integrates multi-directional pharmacology, network analysis, computational biology, systems biology and other disciplines, and analyzes the relationship between drugs and diseases from a holistic perspective by constructing a network of "traditional Chinese medicine-component-target-disease", which is consistent with the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine. In recent years, the prevalence of early-onset ovarian insufficiency has been increasing due to various factors, and with the postponement of modern women''s reproductive age and the adjustment of fertility policies, the social and personal needs for curing this disease are also increasing. In recent years, the use of network pharmacology to study the mechanism of action of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of early-onset ovarian insufficiency has become a hot topic. Network pharmacology provides new ideas and methods for the development of traditional Chinese medicine, but there are still some problems and shortcomings. |
