      目的:探究资生汤治疗心脾两虚型孤独症谱系障碍(autism spectrum disorder,ASD)的疗效。方法:将70例心脾两虚型ASD患儿采用随机数字表法分为两组各35例。对照组予以语言训练、感觉统合训练、行为训练等综合康复治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用资生汤,两组均治疗6个月。比较两组治疗前后行为评分、孤独症状评分、心理健康评分。结果:治疗后,两组CRAS评分、ABC评分值均降低(P<0.05);试验组CARS评分低于对照组比较(P<0.05);两组C-PEP-3评分中模仿、精细动作、粗大动作、认知表现、口语认知评分均增加(P<0.05),试验组认知表现评分、口语认知评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:资生汤联合综合康复治疗心脾两虚型ASD在改善患儿ASD症状,提高语言能力、认知能力方面更具优势。
英文摘要:
      Objective: Exploring the therapeutic effect of Zisheng decoction on autism spectrum disorder with heart and spleen deficiency type. Method: 70 children with ASD of Xinpi Liangxu type were divided into a control group and an experimental group using a random number table method, with 35 cases in each group.The control group received comprehensive rehabilitation treatment including language training, sensory integration training, and behavioral training,The experimental group was treated with Zisheng decoction in addition to the control group, and both groups were treated for 6 months.Compare the behavioral scores, loneliness symptom scores, and mental health scores between two groups before and after treatment.Result: After treatment, the CRAS score and ABC score values of both groups decreased (P<0.05),the CARS score of the experimental group was lower(P<0.05).The imitation, fine motor, gross motor, cognitive performance, and oral cognitive scores in both C-PEP-3 groups increased (P<0.05),The cognitive performance score and oral cognitive score of the experimental group were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion: The combination of Zisheng decoction and comprehensive rehabilitation treatment for ASD with heart and spleen deficiency has advantages in improving autism behavior, language and cognitive abilities in children with autism.
