目的：探究独活寄生汤加味治疗类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis，RA)的疗效及作用机制。方法：将126例患者随机分为两组各63例，两组各退出3例。对照组予以甲氨蝶呤治疗，试验组加用独活寄生汤加味治疗，两组均治疗3个月。比较两组临床疗效、疼痛评分、生活能力、中医证候积分、炎症因子水平。结果：治疗后，试验组总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05)，两组VAS评分、HAQ评分、中医证候积分、CRP、IL-6、TNF-α等均降低(P＜0.05)，试验组均低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：独活寄生汤加味治疗RA可提高临床疗效，缓解疼痛，改善中医症候，提高日常生活能力，抑制炎症反应，值得推广。

英文摘要:

Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect and mechanism analysis of modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Method: 126 patients were randomly divided into two groups with 63 in each group, and 3 cases in each group were withdrawn.The control group was treated with methotrexate, while the experimental group was treated with modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction. Both groups were treated for 3 months.Compare the clinical efficacy, pain score, life ability, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score, and inflammatory factor levels between two groups.Result: After treatment, the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher(P<0.05).The VAS score, HAQ score, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score, CRP, IL-6, TNF-αof two groups all decreased (P<0.05), and the experimental group were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion: Modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction can improve clinical efficacy, relieve pain, improve traditional Chinese medicine symptoms, enhance daily living ability, inhibit inflammatory reactions in the treatment of RA, and is worth promoting.
