| 目的:观察中医特色护理如中药保留灌肠、中药封包治疗、埋针治疗对溃疡性结肠炎的作用效果。方法:选取本院2021年3月至2022年10月收治的96例病例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组予以西医常规护理,观察组予以中医特色护理,比较两组的有效率,Mayo评分和生活质量问卷(IBDQ)。结果:观察组的Mayo评分低于对照组,观察组的生活质量问卷(IBDQ)高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:中医特色护理对于溃疡性结肠炎患者腹痛、腹泻、便血等症状,以及生活质量的改善都有积极意义。 |

| Objective: To observe the effect of TCM characteristic nursing such as TCM retention enema, TCM encapsulation therapy, and needle burial therapy on ulcerative colitis. Methods: A total of 96 patients admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to October 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given Western medicine routine nursing, and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing, and the effectiveness rate, Mayo score and quality of life questionnaire (IBDQ) of the two groups were compared. Results: The Mayo score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the quality of life questionnaire (IBDQ) of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), which was statistically significant. Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing has positive significance for abdominal pain, diarrhea, blood in the stool and other symptoms of ulcerative colitis patients, as well as the improvement of quality of life. |
