      目的:探究基于“经筋理论”探讨牛角罐疗法对乳腺癌术后腋网综合征的疗效。 方法:选取广东省第二中医院2023年1月至2023年12月收治的100例乳癌术后腋网综合征(AWS)患为研究对象,按照随机数字表将患者分为对照组与实验组,各50例。对照组予以常规护理干预,实验组在对照组基础上予联合牛角罐疗法干预,两组均持续干预4周,比较两组干预1周及干预4周后临床疗效、上肢功能[上肢残疾功能评分(DASH)]、外展角度及疼痛程度评分[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]。结果:干预4周后,实验组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),两组VAS、DASH评分均低于干预1周时,外展角度均高于干预1周时(P<0.05),实验组干预1、4周时VAS、DASH评分均低于对照组,外展角度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于“经筋理论”应用牛角罐疗法治疗乳腺癌术后AWS患者,可有效改善患者上肢功能及疼痛程度。

      Objective: To explore the effect of horn cupping therapy on axillary reticulum syndrome after breast cancer surgery based on the "tendon theory".Method: 100 patients with postoperative axillary web syndrome (AWS) of breast cancer admitted to the Second Middle Hospital of Guangdong Province from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects. According to a random number table, the patients were divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the experimental group received combined cow horn cupping therapy intervention on the basis of the control group. Both groups received continuous intervention for 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy, upper limb function [Upper Limb Disability Score (DASH)], abduction angle, and pain degree score [Visual Analog Scale (VAS)] were compared between the two groups after 1 week and 4 weeks of intervention. Result: After 4 weeks of intervention, the total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The VAS and DASH scores of both groups were lower than those at 1 week of intervention, and the abduction angle was higher than that at 1 week of intervention (P<0.05). The VAS and DASH scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group at 1 and 4 weeks of intervention, and the abduction angle was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Based on the "tendon theory", the application of horn cupping therapy in the treatment of AWS patients after breast cancer surgery can effectively improve the upper limb function and pain level of patients.
