| 随着现代生活水平的不断提高,人们饮食日趋多元化,日常可见大量富含嘌呤类的食物,使得痛风患者数量日益增多,这也导致尿酸性肾结石的发病率不断增加。相比于西药或者手术治疗,由于中医药防治尿酸性肾结石具有疗效佳、不良反应少和经济实惠的优势,许多患者更愿意选择通过中医药来进行“排石”治疗。武汉市中医医院肾病科学术带头人、主任医师高智教授结合多年临床经验自拟肾石方加减治疗尿酸性肾结石,在临床上取得良好疗效,现将其介绍如下,以飨同道。 |

| With the continuous improvement of modern living standards and the increasing diversity of people’s diets, a large amount of purine-rich foods can be seen in daily life, making the number of gout patients increasing, which also leads to the continuous increase in the incidence of uric acid kidney stones. Compared with western medicine or surgical treatment, many patients are more willing to choose traditional Chinese medicine to carry out "stone removal" treatment because of its advantages of good curative effect, less adverse reactions and economic benefits. Professor Gao Zhi, the academic leader of Nephrology Department of Wuhan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and chief physician, combined with many years of clinical experience, prepared his own Kidney Stone Recipe to treat uric acid kidney stones, which has achieved good clinical results. Now it is introduced as follows to share with colleagues. |
