| “金郁泄之”为《黄帝内经》中五郁治法之一,指用宣泄之法治疗肺金郁闭的病证。基于该理论,肺癌属于金郁之病,肺癌咳血则以肝肺气郁、癌药毒郁和肺络血郁作为始发病因,经过气郁化火、动血伤金,毒郁伤阴、虚火灼金和血郁闭金、脉枯血溢的继发演变而形成。治疗首以止血为要,遵循顺气清火宁肺、解毒滋阴制火和化瘀通络养血的治法,使得金郁开解,气血舒畅,阴阳协调,并随症候变化加减,止血效果显著。附验案1则以佐证。 |

| "Drainage for Pulmonary Depression" is one of the five Depression treatment methods in the "Huangdi Neijing", which refers to the use of catharsis to treat the symptoms of the Pulmonary Depression. Based on this theory, lung cancer is a disease of Pulmonary Depression, and coughing up blood in lung cancer is caused by liver and lung Qi stagnation, cancer and drug toxicity and pulmonary blood depression, and is formed through the evolution of Qi depression turning into fire, moving blood and injuring lung, poison depression hurting Yin, deficiency fire burning Pulmonary, blood stagnation obstructing lung, pulse dryness and blood overflow. The first treatment is to stop bleeding, follow the treatment method of smoothing Qi, clearing fire and calming the lungs, detoxifying, nourishing Yin and restricting fire, dissolving stasis, opening pulse and nourishing blood, so that the Pulmonary Depression is relieved, Qi and blood are comfortable, Yin and Yang are coordinated, and with the change of symptoms, the effect of hemostasis is significant.
