| 系统论是科学研究常用的方法论之一,具有整体性、关联性、动态性、有序性等基本特征。心血管疾病(cardiovascular diseases,CVD)是我国人群全因死亡的首要因素,而其发病率呈逐年上升态势。在系统论视域下探讨中西医结合治疗心系病的策略,充分发挥传统中医学与现代心血管病学的特色优势则意义非凡。临床辨治心系病当“五注重”:注重心主血脉、心主神明的形神合一；注重以心为本,统筹肾、肝、脾、肺的脏腑整体观；注重未病先防、既病防变、病缓防复的全生命周期管理理念；注重内外治法结合、饮食、运动、精神心理兼顾的全面处方；注重安全和有效并重评价体系。 |
