| 目的：回顾性总结分析“两穴一法”治疗骨盆旋移综合征的临床疗效及安全性。方法:回顾性收集2021年1月至2022年12月在中山市中医院诊断为骨盆旋移综合征的187例患者的临床数据资料,记录治疗过程中发生的不良反应,对治疗前、疗程结束时和疗程结束后1周、1月、3月、6月的视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分及记录治疗前、疗程结束时和疗程结束后6月的双侧髋骨闭孔大小(OFS)进行统计分析。结果:①“两穴一法”治疗骨盆旋移综合征总有效率为94.12%；②与治疗前比较,疗程结束时和疗程结束后1周、1月、3月、6月VAS评分及ODI评分均显著降低(P＜0.05),与治疗前比较,疗程结束时和疗程结束后6月的OFS参数显著升高(P＜0.05)；③未观察到重大不良反应,安全性较好。结论：两穴一法治疗骨盆旋移综合征有效性高,远期疗效好,安全性好。 |

| Objective: To retrospectively summarize and analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of "two acupoints and one method" in the treatment of Flared pelvis syndrome. Methods: The clinical data of 187 patients diagnosed with Flared pelvis syndrome in Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were retrospectively collected, and the adverse reactions that occurred during treatment were recorded, and the visual analogue score (VAS) and Oswestry dysfunction index (ODI) score were recorded before, at the end of treatment and 1 week, January, March and June after treatment. Bilateral Obturator foramen size (OFS) was statistically analyzed at the end of the course and 6 months after the end of the course. Results: (1) The total effective rate of "two acupoints and one method" in the treatment of flared pelvis syndrome was 94.12%; (2) Compared with before treatment, the VAS score and ODI score at the end of the course and 1 week, January, March and June after the end of the course were significantly reduced (P＜0.05), compared with before treatment, the OFS parameters at the end of the course and 6 months after the end of the course of treatment were significantly increased (P＜0.05);(3) no major adverse reactions were observed, and the safety was better. Conclusion: The two acupoints and one method has high efficacy, long-term efficacy and good safety in the treatment of flared pelvis syndrome. |
