| “三伏贴”是目前临床最为常用和最具代表性的中医外治法,在防治小儿哮喘、呼吸道感染、过敏性鼻炎及体质调理等儿科疾病中的疗效已被许多现代临床研究证实。由于儿童的皮肤较为娇嫩、免疫系统尚未发育成熟,且“三伏贴”使用的主要药物白芥子、延胡索、细辛、甘遂等属于辛热刺激性药物,因此,在三伏贴使用过程中不良反应如中药成分过敏、胶布过敏、皮肤烧伤溃破感染等在儿童身上可能会更为显著。笔者经过查阅文献,对近10年来三伏贴治疗儿童常见疾病的临床研究进行归纳和综述,总结三伏贴在儿童常见疾病中的临床应用的安全性和有效性,以供参阅。 |

| "The dog days plaster" is the most commonly used and most representative external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine at present, and its efficacy in the prevention and treatment of pediatric diseases such as asthma, respiratory tract infection, allergic rhinitis and physical conditioning has been confirmed by many modern clinical studies. Because children"s skin is relatively delicate, the immune system is not mature, and the main drugs used in "the dog days plaster" are pungent hot stimulant drugs, such as semen brassicae albae, corydalis yanhusuo, asarum, and euphorbia kansui, adverse reactions such as allergy to traditional Chinese medicine ingredients, tape allergy, skin burn and infection may be more significant in children during the use of "the dog days plaster". We generalized the clinical studies of "the dog days plaster" in the treatment of common diseases in children by retrieving the relevant literatures of the past decade, and summarized the safety and effectiveness of clinical application of "the dog days plaster" in common diseases in children for reference. |
